Pop Trading Company uses DHL Express & postNL for all international orders and postNL for all domestic orders.

Returns Policy

 

If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt in the Netherlands and 21 days for international orders and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customers responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage and that you clearly label your parcel as return. Failure to do so may incur further handling and customs fees which are sole responsibility of the customer. 
Pop trading company will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 8 days of receipt. 
Sale items, Fragrances and Underwear cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.

 
(Prior to dispatching a return, it is imperative that all associated import duties be settled. In essence, we do not assume responsibility for import duties incurred on returns directed to our facility.

 
Customers desiring to initiate a return are kindly requested to formally notify Pop Trading Company (info@poptradingcompany.com) via email in advance and furnish a corresponding tracking code. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.)

 

Taxes and Duties

 

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U.

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
