If you wish to return your order, please notify us at info@poptradingcompany.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all authentic tags attached, and returned within 14 days after notifying us. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration may not be eligible for a refund, or a deduction may be imposed to reflect any loss in value.
Unless the item is incorrect or faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
The following items cannot be returned:
· Underwear and socks where the original sealed packaging has been opened.
· Fragrances where the original seal has been broken.
· Any other items excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns from outside the European Union:
All import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and any other fees incurred when returning goods to the Netherlands are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped with all customs charges prepaid.
Please note that if a parcel is returned with unpaid customs charges, we may have to pay these costs before the shipment can be released. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges. Any customs charges paid by Pop Trading Company on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and share proof of postage.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Before placing your order, we recommend checking your local customs regulations, as import charges vary by country.
If you decide not to accept your order because of local import duties, or choose to return your order from outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or other fees incurred when the parcel enters or re-enters the Netherlands also remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be shipped with all customs charges prepaid. Returns with unpaid customs charges may be refused. If Pop Trading Company pays customs charges to accept a return shipment, these costs will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U.
Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
